New Exercise Program
I've started a new exercise program and think some of you may want to join me. Immediately after waking in the morning, I always say sternly to myself, "Ready? Now. Up. Down. Up. Down!" After two strenuous minutes I tell myself, "OK, now try the other eyelid!"
