Hearing
We moved from Petersburg, VA to Killeen, TX in 1983. We had not yet sold our home back in VA and were renting in Killeen - so two house payments, plus a son in college and two sons in Christian school, and I had not yet gone to work. I prayed and prayed that we would hear our home had sold, but nothing. One morning while praying, it was so clear to me - not an audible voice, but definitely words that I knew came from God, telling me that He heard me, He was NOT deaf, did not even have a tad of a hearing problem and starting that day I was supposed to praise Him for the selling of our home. It hit me right in the heart and I immediately started praising the Lord because I knew I had heard from the Lord. Later that day our realtor called to tell us that he was taking someone to look at our house and I KNEW without a doubt those people were going to buy our home in VA. You know the answer - they bought. Just remember God does hear, has perfect hearing and we only have to ask, trust and believe. Too simple??? Psalm 6, verse 9 - The Lord hath heard my supplication; the Lord will receive my prayer.

Thank You for holding J. tonight. I appreciated it.
I don't have a house for sale, but the scripture most diff. applies to some other areas in our life.
Thanks
Applies to us, too!
Thank you for listening to the Lord in your posts. You always have the right things to say whether it be just funny or a true Word.
